VIA SARPI

Via Srapi is one of the Chinese communities in Italy. Its history can trace back to the 1920s when the first generation of Chinese students and migrants started to dwell here. As a cultural gathering locus, Via Srapi also serves as a bridge between Italy and China, where creative industries develop, innovate, pass on, and integrate, transmitting unique cultural experiences and business values, and providing more opportunities for exchanges and cooperation between the two peoples.

ADI Design Museum

The ADI Design Museum, which opens in 2021, is managed by Associazioneper il Disegno Industriale, with the Compasso d 'Oro Award as a permanent project. Displaying all the classic design collections since 1954, it is committed to spreading the Italian design ideology, inheriting the spirit of legendary design masters of the past, promoting the combination of designers and producers, uniting Italian cultural property and production wisdom, creating a new way of communication for the design capital Milan, and becoming a cultural center with international influence.

Fabbrica del Vapore

Fabbrica del Vapore, a creative space owned by the Municipality of Milan, is currently home to numerous art and creative organizations, and serves as a hub for creativity, entertainment, and social gatherings. Milano Design Week · CHINA&DESIGN@Zona SARPI has selected this venue as the location for its exhibitions, with curator Michele Brenello proposing that it could serve as an "experimental ground for Chinese design" under the curatorial theme of "Changes!" He welcomes Chinese designers to showcase their most cutting-edge and up-to-date creations in various fields, including organic urban renewal, eco-design, lifestyle, new materials, and more.
