THEMED EXHIBITION ON CULTURAL HERITAGE IN PROMOTING URBAN DEVELOPMENT

In order to showcase the work and achievements of Beijing, China in the field of excavation and protection  of cultural heritage, as well as how cultural heritage can feed and promote urban development, three  consecutive "Cultural Heritage for Urban Development Themed Exhibitions" will take place during Milano  Design Week · CHINA&DESIGN@Zona SARPI from 2024 to 2026. The year 2024 marks the 700th anniversary of the death of Marco Polo and coincides with the 20th  anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Italy.  Taking this opportunity, at this exhibition, we will focus on displaying the three categories of Olympic  cultural heritage, urban cultural heritage and traditional cultural heritage. Culture heritage plays a  positive role in promoting urban development, deepening the connection and in-depth exchanges  between Beijing and Milan, and enabling the learning from each other.
